Random Sunday

There was one incident, which I think was quite funny. The professor in Intro to Anthropology said during lecture that we are allowed to bring 2 pieces of cheat sheets into the exam hall. So after the lecture, I asked him what is the size of the paper.
WL:  Prof, so what size is the paper [...]

An angel and a kiss, nothing is going to go wrong. (Thanks, Zoe)

First day of school and I am feeling the rush already.
Firstly, American students are really vocal~ something I actually like because they make me more comfortable in participating. Over here, it’s a must to have an opinion of your own…this is because in Junior Year classes, students in each class are very little. In my [...]

Have it the America way of life-Day 3.

Embarking on this trip makes me learn so much more than I could have, if I would to stay in Singapore. I have to said that I would never ever meet these people that I know now in my entire life—if not for this opportunity in Connecticut. Today, I meet friends from the Ireland, Germany [...]

Bye Bye Singapore and Hello America!

Woooh…what a journey! Had a longest day of my life literally! The flight from Hk to Chicago was a killer! 14 hours non-stop, in an economy class seat? and that brat kid who was sitting behind me kept kicking onto my chair. I turned over to scold him twice, making sure he looked into my [...]
